The Pin Up Body Workout is a vintage fitness workout, designed for women to sculpt and accentuate their curves. It has been developed by personal trainer Teree Necole Rae and offers a workout with a difference.
Following a 1940's makeover, Teree leads each person through traditional exercises such as squats, ab curls and other specially chosen curve enhancing exercises whilst rockabilly songs play in the background. Each session is followed by a glamorous vintage style tea party.
